WE HAVE CONTACTED THE 1-800 NUMBER ON SEVERAL LOCATIONS ONLY TO BE LEFT ON HOLD OR A MESSAGE WAS TAKEN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD RETURN A CALL WHEN THE PART WAS AVAILABLE. THE CAR SAT AT BOHN GMC LOCATED AT 3801 LAPALCO, MARRERO, LA FOR ALMOST A WHOLE DAY AND NO WORK WAS EVER DONE ON THE VEHICLE TO REPLACE THE AIR BAG. WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED WHEN THE "PART" WAS AVAILABLE. WE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE FOR OUR DAUGHTER TO DRIVE, WHO IS A COLLEGE STUDENT, BEFORE WE KNEW THERE WAS A RECALL. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THE DEALERSHIPS ARE UNWILLING TO DO THE REPAIRS.
