THE STEERING WHEEL SEEMS TO BE VERY STIFF AND WON'T MOVE UNLESS I CRANK THE WHEEL TO TURN. IT HAS HAPPENED WHEN I WAS PULLING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY. ALL OF MY FLUIDS ARE FULL AND I HAVE NO LEAKS IN MY CAR, EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT IN A MULTIPOINT INSPECTION.

LOOKING OVER AT OTHER COMPLAINTS THAT BRIDGESTONE HAS SIMILAR PROBLEMS ON OTHER TIRES. HAVE THERE BEEN ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THESE TIRES?
